The beginning
It started with the work after the work.
Payenforce began with a familiar problem: the project was complete, the invoice was sent, and the payment still required days of reminders, context switching, and awkward follow-ups.
The problem was larger than one unpaid invoice. Small teams were moving between invoicing tools, expense trackers, payment dashboards, emails, and spreadsheets just to understand what had happened and what to do next.
We started building the interface we wanted: ask a clear question, prepare a real finance action, review it, and move forward.

A small business completed the work, sent the invoice, and then spent weeks chasing the payment instead of doing the next project.

What if the software understood the invoice, the client, and the next best action—and could prepare the work from a simple request?

Payenforce grew from payment follow-up into a broader finance workspace for invoices, expenses, payments, summaries, and repeatable operations.
